Gemini Studios Are located in "Viale Fratelli Rosselli 55", one's main Florence street's, conveniently to reach by car, by walking distance from main train station of "Santa Maria Novella", by taxi or by bus, our Studios are your best deal and solution for independent stay ideal for business or leisure traveller.

We offered 8 different sized Studios and 3 Two rooms Apartments; all located one block away from our Hotel Alamanni, inside of new small modern building are located at the main floor or at the first floor without lift, our Studios can accommodate from 1 up to 6 persons and we rent ONLY for holidays or short break business request.

Check-in and check-out MUST be done it at the reception of the Hotel Alamanni (via luigi alamanni 35 (black)) 2nd floor, at the time of check-in is requested to settle your total amount of stay and to leave as deposit one valid document as Passport, (ONLY for EU Citiziens is aceptable national ID or driving license, any NON EU Citiziens MUST leave Passport.

All Studio "open space", with double sofa bed and/or regular beds, Kitchenette equipped with basic utensil, Fridge, Electrical owen, Tea/Coffee maker, Toaster, Dining table and chairs, Tv. colour, Radio clock, Iron and ironing board, ensuite bathroom with shower, hair-dryer, Air-conditioning or heating with self panel control. Included in the rate - Linen and towels change once per week, cleaning 1 time per week (any stay from 1 up to 5 nights does NOT included free change and cleaning), final cleaning, water and electrical consumptions. Supplements - Extra linen and towels change with studio's cleaning 10,00 Eur per person per each extra service requested, Car parking in the garage below of the hotel Alamanni Eur 25,00 per car per night.

From the railway station of Santa Maria Novella:
take the station’s right hand exit and turn right down stairs, keep walking on pedestrian street next the station's wall for 100 metres, after findomestic shop we are, above "Imperial shop".

By car: from motorways, exit Firenze SCANDICCI and follow street signs “Firenze centro” and “SMNovella Stazione”. Once you're arrived at Porta al Prato go straight on Viale Fratelli Rosselli, after hotel "GOLF" keep and turn right at the traffic light, you're at the beginning of via Alamanni, slow down your speed and look up to second floor balcony, you will see a red flag with hotel name, there is the entrance of the hotel.
