The ancient building dates back the XVII century. From 1981 we started to restore the apartments and the rooms. What we did, was to try to keep the original architecture of the house. We made bigger and smaller bathrooms, apartments or rooms where was possible to realize. The residence: there are seven apartments of different size. From 2+1 and 2+2 till 4+1 and 4+2. The hotel has seven rooms with private bathroom and three with shower-cabin in the room and toilet outside. Two of them has been renewed last month. All apartment have: independent entrance, own boiler for hot water and heating, full and large bathrooms, kitchenette and dining room, one or two bed rooms, coffee and tea service. All apartments are furnished with sheets, towels, blankets, cookware, plates, forks, knives and spoons. Included in the rate, there is also daily cleaning. For your safety, there are no hairdryer in the bathrooms but they are free at the reception desk.

All rooms and apartments have independent entrance: keep your key with you and feel home. Casprinini’s run the restaurant from 1913 preparing typical dishes of Florentine cuisine. We are important part of this tradition and what we still try to offer genuineness and real tasting. For breakfast you will find on the table our home made jams together with other things like local honey, chocolate, fresh fruit or fruit salad, cake, cheese and big cup of chocolate, tea, coffee, cappuccino and fruit juice. The restaurant is closed on Wed. Breakfast are served all year. On the back side of the Residence Hotel, there is a secluded garden, covered with grape leaves. Wonderful, peaceful in summer with tables and chairs. The park is about 7000 squared metres with the pool. Beautiful for summer hot days and at nights, with the night-lights, relax in the water and in the silence.
