The B&B "L'Oleandro" is born from the desire of the owners, Sergio and Delia, to savor the pleasure of the guests experience a relaxing environment surrounded by nature, far from pollution, noise and bustle of cities.
The structure stands in the frame of the typical Mediterranean countryside inland from Pescara and is located atop a hill covered with an olive grove. From here gaze embraces the gentle hills around until you see the one hand the massive peaks of the Gran Sasso and the Maiella and the other the Adriatic Sea.
The area is dotted with picturesque villages which retain a wealth of history, art, folklore and gastronomy.
Beaches (Montesilvano) can be reached by car in 20 minutes, the Abruzzi Apennines in less than 1 hour, Loreto Aprutino downtown in 5 minutes. Moreover, Pescara international airport and railway station can be reached by car in 30 minutes.
The B&B "L'Oleandro" offers guests two apartments with separate entrance, private bathroom, equipped kitchen, panoramic view, free Wi-Fi.
The apartement “Sofà” has a big private balcony, and is designed for young couples wishing to stay in a structure at the same time modern and romantic: it has a double room, a bathroom complete of bathtub/shower and also a kitchen full equipped with fireplace and a large sofa.
The apartement “Bebè Comfort” is particularly suitable for families with children, is equipped with crib, changing table and washing machine: it has two double room, a living room with a large sofa, a kitchen full equipped and a large bathroom just renewed and equipped also with a children’s WC.
For guests there are also a large garden and a covered terrace for breakfast (strictly based on local produce), relax or play with their children.
